The perfect morning smoothie made with INVIA mixed berry, a ripe banana for natural sweetness and oats for fullness, this blend is perfect for breakfast-on-the-go!

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup sliced strawberries
  • ½ packet of INVIA Mixed Berry
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons old fashioned oats
  • 1 tablespoons agave
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Directions:

  1. Combine strawberries, INVIA mixed berry packet, banana, Greek yogurt, oats, agave and 1 cup ice in a blender until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.

SUNSHINE IN A BOTTLE SMOOTHIE

Start your day right and grab sunshine in a bottle— our favorite INVIA Lemon Tea smoothie. Combined with turmeric and lemon zest for an antioxidant kick!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
  • ½ packet of INVIA lemon tea
  • ½  tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon grate fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoons grated lemon zest
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Directions:

  1. In blender, combine all ingredients; blend until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.

ACAI SMOOTHIE BOWL

Acai provides immense benefits for promoting heart and skin health, aiding weight loss and supports digestion. Adding INVIA mixed berry to a hearty acai smoothie bowl will give you the ultimate mental and physical energy to get you through the day.


Ingredients:

  • ½ small banana
  • 1 pack frozen unsweetened acai berry pulp (Sambazon Unsweetened Acai Smoothie Pack; before opening your acai pack, run pack under water for 5 seconds to thaw)
  • ½ pack of INVIA mixed berry
  • ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ½ small banana, sliced
  • ¼ cup peeled and chopped mango
  • ¼ cup strawberries, sliced
  • ¼ cup granola
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ¼ cup flax seeds
  • Drizzle of agave

Directions:

  1. Prepare acai mix: In a blender, add banana, acai pulp, INVIA pack, and a splash of milk. Blend on low until larger chunks are broken down, then gradually increase speed, adding a splash of milk at a time, and stopping to scrape down sides of blender if needed. When ingredients have mostly come together, and all of the milk has been added, blend on high for 15 to 20 seconds more.
  2. Add toppings: Pour acai purée into a bowl and arrange toppings. Sprinkle with granola and drizzle with agave.
